I lift Everyday

Hello my first thread will be about how I can about on my day to day - I try to wake up early in the morning - meaning around 7-9am then head to the gym 5-7 mins away  

when i get there I do cardio of 30mins which = 3.0-5.0ks

then do biceps and triceps 2 - 3 sets including chest press  bench press 

 

currently weigh 59ks  around 75 pounds i think I will add photos when I'm ripped hahaha still not looking as How I want to my body to look

Pretty cool I wish I have the time to wake up early in the morning and do as you do because any excises is good

nice hopefully you will knock out your goal :) its not going to show you results over night you have to do this everyday for the next 2-4 months :)
